Located on Anson Road in the heart of Wellington Point, our club offers a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere for seasoned bowlers, social players, and those new to the game.

Wellington Point Bowls Club is more than just a place for bowls—it’s a community where long term friendships are formed, skills are celebrated, and everyone is welcome.

Whether you’re here to play, relax, or connect with others, our club provides something for everyone. This can be in the form of  social or competitive bowls at the club or inter club against other clubs in the district.

New to bowls?

Curious about lawn bowls? Our “TRY Bowls” programme is perfect for beginners and those looking to experience the game for the first time. It’s easy to learn and fun for all ages.

The program includes free introductory lessons and all equipment is provided. We welcome individuals, families, and groups to join us and discover the enjoyment of bowls. Contact our Bowls Co-Ordinator, Leanne Grieve, at 0433 431 248 to learn more or book a session.

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT SQUAD

We are proud to support the next generation of bowlers through our Junior Development Squad. Held every Tuesday and Friday afternoons, these sessions introduce school-aged children to the fundamentals of lawn bowls in a fun and engaging way.

Our program is designed to teach strategic thinking, teamwork, and respect, with opportunities to compete in junior competitions. Lawn bowls is a lifetime sport, and we encourage families to participate together. For more details, contact our Bowls Coordinator, Leanne Grieve, at 0433 431 248.

WEEKLY SOCIAL PLAYING SCHEDULE

We offer a range of social and competitive playing options throughout the week:

Tuesday: Ladies Social & Competition – 9:00 AM.   Junior Development Squad – 3:30 PM

Wednesday: Men’s Jackpot Pairs – 12:30 PM

Thursday: Open Jackpot Pairs – 12:30 PM

Friday: Junior Development Squad – 3:30 PM except first Friday of the month “Open 2 bowl Triples”

Saturday: Open Social & Pennants – 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM

Sunday:  Brekkie Pairs 3rd Sunday of the month Breakfast 9:00AM Bowls 10:00AM
